The cage-shape frame of upper furnace shell, as the carrying body of water cooled panels (WCP), is fabricated by seamless steel tube welding, which functions as well the distributor of incoming water and as the collector of outgoing water. The water cooled panels (WCP) are welded by heat-resistant seamless steel tubes in tube-to-tube method. The lower furnace shell is with EBT body. At the eccentric portion of lower part being of egg-form cut cone of lower furnace shell, the EBT assembly is installed. At the top of EBT, water cooled cover with an opening for filling sand to EBT hole is equipped. Refractory lining is built before melting. Water cooling system is crucial parts for the electric furnaces. It is actually the water distributor system for the set of furnace during operation. The water cooling system helps to carry away the heat generated from the conductive parts to ensure safe operation.The alloy charging system is one important part for the plant consisting of belt conveyor, alloy bunker and alloy vibrating feeder etc. It is used to charge alloys such as Fe-Mn alloy, nickalloy and ferrochrome etc. into the molten steel to meet the chemical component requirement of the final products. The operation quality of the alloy charging system determines the melting time of the furnace and the quality of the liquid steel. Advanced PLC control system and accurate monitor device are used for the alloy charging system.The conductor is made of copper relying on the conductivity of copper to deliver current. It is installed on the end of the electrode arm to transfer electricity from water cooling cable to power conductive arm and then to electrode and to liquid steel. The conductor is water cooled to cool down and to keep good conductivity. Copper tube assembly is the assembly of water cooling copper tubes, which forms high current conducting system. It's the critical part to transfer power to the molten steel during operation. It is also water cooled component. Trial assembly will be carried out before delivery.EAF frame is the basic structure for furnace upper shell and lower shell. The furnace frame is rigid to hold water cooling panel and keep the furnace hearth shape permanent. The water cooled panels (WCP) for EAF are welded by heat-resistant seamless steel tubes in tube-to-tube. The panels are basic structure of the furnace shells. The dimension of the tube and panel is subject to the discussion and technical specification. Outside the opening, erection rack is designed and the position of lance/burner can be adjusted via the rack. On the inner curved face of WCP, numerous "V" shape hooklets are welded up.    Electric furnace SVC (Static Var Compensator) device is to improve the transmission capability of the power grid and power stability and to reduce power loss to improve power quality. It's the most effective method to reduce steelmaking cost. Electrode connection device usually works with electrode store device in steel plant.EAF furnace tilting platform is the base platform of the electric arc furnace, which mainly for tilting the furnace body during tapping or desalgging. The tilting platform is with one rigid structure to hold the furnace with liquid steel during melting and tapping. Two horizontal support devices are provided on the tilting platform, which can ensure the tilting platform is in horizontal position during maintenance of the oil cylinder. Guiding rollers are made of plain steel and installed on four sides be as rhombus shape close to the lifting column on the platform to keep the column in absolute center of the hole. The guiding rollers rotate on the face of the column during its lifting or lowering. It is used to control the movement of electrode column for the position adjustment of electrodes during melting.Material belt conveyor is the design for fast and effective method to send the various materials to the bunker or to the furnace directly. It usually works with weighing device before sending to furnace. It divides to horizontal and vertical belt for different functions. The automation control system and manual control make the belt conveyor more flexible and accurate during melting.Water cooled roof for EAF is spilt type, which is easy for lifting during replacement or maintenance and before tapping. The water cooled roof is welded by seamless steel tubes in tube-to-tube structure, on the roof the fourth hole with fume elbow and fifth hole with additives bin and chute are fitted by means of flange connection. A refractory cover, above the water cooled roof and with three electrodes through holes, is mounted on the water cooled ring located at central region.Valve group for Argon is actually Argon control cabinet and control valves installed inside to regulate the flow and pressure of Argon during normal Argon blowing or in an emergency. The valves are electric-hydraulic proportional valve and the brand will be subject to users' request.
